Default Cheapest Build that Will Play Bioshock Well

My buddy would like to build a pc for christmas that would play Bioshock really well....he only has $825....is this possible or not??

He needs the following
1. Case
2. Power Supply
3. CPU
4. Ram
5. Video card
6. Operating System
7. Mobo
8. Hard Drive
9. DVD Rom

I think he is SOL and should save more and forget about getting it for Christmas...what do you think?

I know you guys know the parts and price alot better than me right now.

Deal on the cases must be off....too bad, that really would have helped him stay in the budget.

At least it looks like for $825 he can get his wish.

$825 is not bad for a pc that will run Bioshock, at least I think that is a pretty good deal.
