Default Cheap quality oc memory?

I'm looking to spend up to 90$ for a Gig of ram, if I wanted to oc my 3200, would having value select do anything against oc'ing the cpu?

It may not OC as high as with top shelf RAM, but stuff like OCZ ValueRAM will still overclock half-decently (I think Corsair Valueselect does too...)
