Default Cheap quality amd 780g am2+ board?

Hey guys what is the cheapest but still good quality and good overclocking amd 780g am2+ board? Friend is considering a new build and to save cost was going to go with intergrated graphics with the possibility to upgrade later.

Also whats a average overclock for a amd x2 7750? Was hopeing for something around intel e5200 overclocked performance level.
And is the ati 3200 faster than a 6600gt? From what I could find it looked like it was but I find that impressive / hard to believe.

i have this asus in my HTPC:
Newegg.com - ASUS M3A78-EM AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

and it works well. i have overclocked the 3600 in it up to 2.65 no problem, but i run it underclocked and underpowered to keep it nice and cool with minimal noise.
i think you can get 3.3-3.5 with a 7750.

An E5200 will reach higher overclocks. If your friend is into overclocking, I'd get that with a P45 motherboard for around $100 or so.

Here are some good 780g boards to consider:
Newegg.com - ASUS M3A78-EM AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA780G-UD3H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

790GX has better onboard graphics and will likely overclock higher too:
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TA790GX XE AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX 128M AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

If you want a 780G board that can also be an AM3 board for the new Phenoms, get the Foxconn motherboard I have. All it takes to be AM3 ready is a BIOS flash.

It overclocked my 5400+ to 3.22GHz with ease.
