Looks good, maybe you should step down to an X2 3600+ and overclock it to 3.0ghz and then use that, it'd run cooler than the x2 4600+ and would consume around the same power
 
OH CRAP!!

I just saw the Maxtor HD, they are known for failing the most... get something else instead
