That's true but it's a bulky solution to the problem. I was thinking some thing that would be slim and hang off the grill where the water tubes exit the case and would use one hole to run the AC power lead out.
In the Antec P280 case I have, that grill work is just under and to the left of the back case fan so venting the heat it produces shouldn't be a problem.
