Challenge Project for school build

k, i understan ur position, i got school too. you need flash,not preformance, and to make a photoized worklog. so that means u need a camera. a worklog on a clear case looks like $#!t, so get that little thing with the windows, and photo every step, from out of box, to runnin xp showing pics. screenshots on system specs r good too. so i figure u have a 800dollar bujet on it. before i get started on sugestions for good lookin articles, i got a few questions. is a teacher or a techie gonna grade it? if techie, then go balls to the wall with flash, if a teacher who dont know crap about a pc, go even further! is this a end term project, like if u pass or not, and finally, if u gonna take it to show it in person/use the computer to show the pics, then you want something small, light, and, most of all DURABLE. dont want that **** falling apart in your backseat when you go there. Basic components of a desktop: Case, MOBO, PS, DVD Drive, Graphics Card, HDD, Processor, and some lights. ill do some research on some parts, be back a lil later with a sugested parts list

well i agree that clear cases arent the most durable and 2 teachers of my choice, my principal and one teacher of the schools choice who best qualifies to grade the project will be grading my project. The teacher theyll obviously assign is my computer teacher and he used to work for microsoft... he made a buttload of money came here to settle down with his family and just works at our school so he has something to do and to teach i guess lol.
800 would be a good budget but it may exceed that if need be but not by too much. i really dont want something small at all. i was thinking maybe a fullsize tower so i can fit a **** load of flashy things in there. ill be presenting this twice. once for grade and once for the school just to show what we accomplished.
if you could make a list of the best parts for the price id greatly appreciate that

ok that does a little better on both our parts. first, in a small case, its extremely hard to make watercooling for it. well, not realy, just hard for me cause ive spent the last 2 hours looking for hose for it and cant find any on newegg, and am pretty ****ed off. well now i can sleep easy knowing that i can find it easy. too bad too, it would have been an awsome setup. cube pc, matx mobo, amd athlon 64 x2 4200+ liquid cooling, sata dvd burner, sata 250gb hdd, 450w ps, 120mm rear fan+another 120mm fan for cooling. o well, i guess ill save taht list, i might get like 500 bux on monday(YES!!) so i just gotta get the rest out of my account and make that pc. ill give some links for what i got so far, maybe u might like it:

I swear, ill never understand why people reccomend crappy water cooling parts...

Those are put together with the best quality parts, and yield some of the best bang for buck performance of anything available.


Anyways, if you dont run water cooling, dont reccomend parts...

my local retailer has a seethru case but they build it themselves out of achrilic and they put a small thin fish tank with fake fish and bubles pushing the fish around so it looks cool and si quite neat try getting a small lcd touch screen for all the power buton and stuff i saw it once and it was awsome and fro ur cpu get a big typhoon heat sink with all the heat pipes and more ive sean a few florescent mobos to and they were nice just thought i would add these few really cool ideas

and my friend has the last case it isnt as noce as it looks its quite horible actually i despise it

well after about 10 hours of sleep, im picking out a list of parts(for me, gettin some money) looks like it might be a good lookin fast setup, but its gonna go past about 900$. heres what i got so far:
