Default Caviar 750 and 1tb performance

I can't seem to find benchmarks. Would the Caviar Black 750gb and 1tb drives have equal (or close) read/write performance? I think the 1tb has the new 2 x 500gb platters, but not sure of the 750gb. Was about to get the 1tb but then newegg put the 750 on sale today and you can grab a free canon printer with it as combo deal. Thanks guys

You won't notice a difference in performance between the two.
