So far it's looking like one of the cooler master stackers is going to be my best bet since I want one with the power button on top. Those other ones look cool but all seem like the power button is pretty low and I'm too lazy to bend that far down haha. Thanks for the input guys

The desk I have is really weird dude. It's not an excuse, it'd just be way easier cause the CPU sits in the back of the desk so only the top of the case is accessible without crawling under. And I don't want to do that everytime I turn it on. Btw, I don't think it's good to leave it running nonstop...

technicaly, its less strenuous for a pc to never be turned off than to turn it on a nd off.

This is mainly attributed to the simple fact that when computer components are in use, they heat up, thus expanding, and when they are turned off, the cool, contracting. Thus putting more stress on the components.

Also a very interesting fact is that if a light bulb is never turned off it will never burn out. Theres a reason why a lightbulb never simply dies. Itll always die when you turn it on.

And in response, if only the top is accesable, how do you intend to put cd's into the cd drive?

if you goingto spend 2K, why not get water cooling?? no fans=no air blowing=no cat hair in the case. I just think you should consider it. It has many other benfits to.

Aspire, it's more like the top 1/3 of the case that shows. Lance, the only reason I haven't thought of going watercooling is because I know nothing about it. And chances are I won't be doing any hardcore OC'ing, just some moderate. How expensive is it and how tough is it to set up for a noob?

For me, I'd rather spend the money on better components then get water cooling. 2G I'd get...

That's similar to the build I've been working on. Have a few questions though...

Is a 700w psu necessary? Cause I was thinking a 600w would be more than enough.

How is MSI compared to other companies when it comes to graphic cards?

What is WIFI used for exactly? It's an extra $100 so I'm just wondering if it will actually come in handy for me or not.

umm WIFI is just wireless intenet. i havent really looked in detail at your mobo but i just know that the only special thing about it is that it has built in wifi. correct me if i'm wrong.

That's what I figured. I already have a card for that then. Any other differences between the p5b and the p5b deluxe?

*edit* Is there an advantage to having wifi directly on the motherboard as opposed to a seperate card??
