I've narrowed it down to three cases

Newegg.com - XION Solaris XON-403 Black with Green LED Light Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
(it only has 2 80mm fans, but looks awesome and has LED's)

Newegg.com - RAIDMAX NINJA ATX-918WB Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
(one 80mm and one 120mm fan)

and this one:
Newegg.com - XION Hydraulic XON-566TB Black with Blue LED Light Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
this would be the best pick, except a lot of people say that this company doesn't follow through with their rebates.

Is this true about Xion?

I'd recommend buying a more functional case - all aluminum (Lian Li). Why bother with colored LED lights? If your budget is $35, then apply this rule: "you get what you pay for."

you could get a Coolermaster Centurion 5 for that price (which is great!!) also Case PSU's suck

Yeah stay away from generic PSU's that come with cases. I had one of mine explode and smoke in my face. Wasn't to happy about it... Lucky i had a spare downstairs.
