Like I said before, it's all based entirely on the bios on each particular motherboard so I can't answer that really. I'm going to say you can control fan speed on all ports on your motherboard but again not 100% guaranteed. You have to go into your bios and look for yourself.

Well, turns out the front fan cable is too short to reach the power fan header. Connected directly to PSU.
