Default Case Cooling; Fans

I currently have a P4 2.4. I have 2 StarTech 80mm case fans classic intake and exhaust. I don't know if they are the best, but I'm not an overclocker. I also have the stock P4 cooler. Just want to keep things as cool as possible and help maintain stability.

What are the best 80mm case fans? Highest CFM to lowest dB. I want it to move alotta air, but not be too loud.

Last, the best P4 heatsink and/or fan

I also wanna get the round IDE and floppy connectors so things flow a little better in there cause right now it's like a wall of connectors.

I know Cooler Master's fans are REALLY quiet, although they're kinda average in air pushing.
Thermaltake usually has fans you can adjust the speed of
