Default Which case? (Cooler Master Cavalier)

I am looking at a Cooler Master Cavalier, and I can't decide whether I want the one with a side window and 380w
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119082
94$ Shipped + Tax
or
350W and no side window
http://shop4.outpost.com/product/430...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG
77$ shipped + tax

About 20 $ difference, I'm just curious if it's worth 20 bucks just for the side panel.. would the other be easy to make a side panel or something for, so the internals can be seen?
Thank you

I'd get the side window.

Why? 30 extra watts, and I wouldn't have to mod in a window later...

Do you think it'd be safe to use the 380W Psu?

I say buy whatever case you like, who cares how it looks, then go grab yourself a nice PSU, you're going to have to replace your PSU with a 500W+ one anyways.

But would the 380w be able to be stable for a 3200amd + 6600gt graphics card?
I won't be overclocking.

If I had to pick out of the two, I'd probably get the Lian-Li PC-65B:
