i would probably prefer the MSI one. The first slot i cant use for my HD 3870 x2, which sucks because it is hitting the heatpipe.

idk about DFI, but it has 3 x PCI-E x16. My mobo only has 2 x PCI-E x16 n 2 x PCI-E x8 slots.

i say look for reviews first before perchasing (benchmarks).
