Can't find the name of my sound card.

I went to start>run>dxdiag> sound tab and I don't know if the name under "Device" is the sound card i have. It only says Realtek HD Audio rear output.

Is it onboard audio possibly?

Crap, it is integrated, that's why I've been hearing a constant fuzzy noise at higher volumes, isn't it.

The fuzzy sound may or may not be from the integrated sound.

What else could it be from, my speakers and all of the headphones I have all output the same noise.
