Default cant access internet

Hey

Just had a pc given me so i put my good bits in to and did a repair on XP all works fine with wireless but i have a router to give other machines access to the internet that shares the net from my wireless but now it wont work
i get my wireless from another router ...

Could the router be dying ?

Whats Going off here ?

its was working before
