Default Can someone work up a $700 build? Gaming rig

The machine only. No monitor. Wonder what $700 can get you these days! My buddy wants a new computer.

That does look good. However what about that HDD? RPM's are pretty low aren't they?

They're lower, I think like 5400 rpm, but that will only affect loading times of games really.
