Can I run Battlefield 3 and other new games on medium-high with this computer?

Yes. You sure can man, battlefield 3 on medium with ease.

Good cpu and graphics card. Shame its a 1gb instead of a 2gb 6950, but what ever this will be able to run all games on medium if not high

to those that run it with the 550ti, what fps are you getting with it @1920 x 1080?
