Can anyone give me exact specs on this HP?

Ok i am at my friends house and was wondering, how good is this pc. Says 3.06ghz p4 533fsb, 1gb ddr 3200 ram, intel media accelerator 900 with 128mb shared ram. Also what would be the first thing to upgrade?

Get a gfx card instead of onboard gfx. That's a good surfing internet computer but nothing else really
