Default Buying a PC for Movie!!

I am about to buy a new PC for editing movies since I can't upgrade my computer anymore and it is too old. but I don't know much about the new hardwares in the market.
I really need a high speed PC which could render movies fast. My Budget is 900$ not including the monitor. I've heard from editors that Asus motherboard and nVidia graphic cards are the best for editing, could you help me by telling what hard wares I should buy which would work good together?
