Maybe he didn't agree with what was given to him ?
Sort through the site again, you can either improve on the list I gave him or listen to what he "really" wants at the moment.

If 800.00 bucks is too much for him, find out how much he can afford for right now.
The rest he can get over the next 4 months. :/
