Default Buying a new mobo tomorrow... Need options!

Ok... I plan on buying a new mobo tomorrow.
I don't want to spend more than $130.

The brands I was thinking of:
DFI
Asus
Epox

It needs to overclock well with an Opteron 165.

Thanks abunch!

I went to Fry's Electronics today...

They had a DFI LanBoy Expert model or something that was $200
And a Asus K8NPro SLI that I was interested in, which was $159.

Any opinions?

You don't need that expert model, it isnt necessary at all. Why not get the DFI ultra-d off of newegg? Plus, shipping is really cheap.
