I'm really new at this computer building stuff so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but you probably want to go with some SSDs too. They sure aren't cheap but you seem to have the budget and they're much faster than traditional HDDs. You could get one or two to store your OS and any frequently used applications on and use your HDDs for mass storage.

Or just listen to the all-knowing PP haha

Just build it your self with parts from Newegg. 5 grand is way too much, and you can easily do the same with 2 grand worth of PC minus peripherals.

I'll number my amendments in order from top to bottom of your list.

1: Although cases are entirely personal preference to design, I suggest against full tower cases as they are over kill for any normal rig that doesn't have massive water loops or a ton of HDDs.

2: A 3770 without the k is a waste for the 50 dollar cooler you have listed here. I suggest getting the 3570k over the 3770k actually. Another option is wait for Haswell's release in June. My next point here is, if you aren't overclocking at all, an aftermarket heatsink isn't needed.

3: You don't need HDD coolers. Standard case airflow is sufficient enough.

4: Instead of getting 2 2TB drives just get a single 4TB drive. Less stuff in your PC for the same thing.

5: I'm assuming 3 keyboards are listed for a choice of opinion. Get whatever you feel fits for you. A mouse is more important than a gaming keyboard.

6: Get at least a 120GB SSD, and get either Corsair, Samsung, or Intel. Don't get a lower name brand SSD as you could have problems later on. It's my opinion that a high end rig deserves a large SSD.

7: Don't get those low res screens. Get at least 1080p panels. Samsung, Asus, and Dell make good quality screens.

8: Ditch the Intel board. Get an ASRock or Asus. Intel boards are junk, and I speak with lots of experience in that area.

9: PSU is a good one, but for the money I highly suggest a Seasonic X Gold, or Corsair AX series. Better unit for the money.

10: A sound card is unnecessary unless you have a high end sound setup. Good set of cans, or a high end receiver and 5.1/7.1 setup.

11: 690 is good, but 2 680s are exceptionally better. If you go that route, get the 4GB cards.

12: Like the keyboards, assuming the multiple wireless cards are for choice. I suggest any card with multiple antennas over a USB stick.

Also you could clear up that post a bit, delete things like the shipping info and all the things that say "none". That would make it easier to read and you'll probably get more help.
