I have £1k, possibly £1.2k MAX, to spend on a PC. Will be playing games such as age of conan etc.
I hear Quad core is better or future proof? I have no clue? Want the PC to last 2/3 years.

Whats this about 64/32bit? Lol

Any suggestions??

build your own, is my recommendation, im in canada so i dont know what to say aout what to get as im not sure how much money that actually is, also i have no idea where to shop.

Newegg is awesome, its tons more cheaper to just buy all the parts from there and then just put it together. Its fun and if you need any help we will be here to guide you through. :)
