Buying a desktop? Help?

hi everyone, i'm new here

I was hoping some experts on here might be able to help me..

I have a chance to buy a desktop at 400$

Here are the specs:

Nvidia Geforce GTX260
AMD Athlon x dual core processor 3800+ 2.00GHz
8 Gigs Ram

Also comes with a 24" LG screen, and also the other basic essentials for it to run..

Decent specs? and is it worth the buy at that price?
