Buying a Computer With Limited Money - Need Opinions

So, I'm VERY limited on my money right now, but need a computer better than the dinosaur I'm currently using. I found one in my money limit of $180. I'm a gamer, and my consoles are broke, so I'm currently moving into PC gaming. My current computer can hardly run anything. I want to know what this can and can't run, and whether it's worth the money.

ATI Radeon HD2400 XT 256MB Video Card

Hard drive: 80GB

Speed: 3Ghz
Memory: 3GB
Windows 7

Games I Want to Run (I do know it won't run too much):
Team Fortress 2,
Day Z,
Dark Souls, which I'm sure is really pushing it,
and really any other games you'd think it could play would be great.

I need to get some opinions by tomorrow morning, so I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks a ton in advanced.

Honestly, the only thing worth most of the money on that PC is the copy of Windows 7 if it's properly usable and legit. Other than that, the specs blow.

If the PC will run any of those games it will be at the absolute lowest possible if at all.
