I can't say anything that hasn't been said. Go with the P45.

However, I like to be different, get the Biostar I45. if your going to OC you might as well get the record holder. It is also cheaper than the P5 Deluxe which is what it competes with on a performance basis.

I have that first kit of ram you posted and I have it running 900 @ 5-5-5-15 2v. Lower voltage then the reaper at stock settings. Unless your doing some serious overclocking (450+ fsb) then there's no reason to get the second kit.

one of the main reasons i would not get a 750i is because of the bad vdroop on nvidia chipsets, but it seems the new 790iftw has vdroop control so maybe that will be better, right now its of no importance aas the intel chipsets are much better and crossfire is better value atm.
