Default Built my Computer, any checklist to see if everything is fine?

I just finished building my first computer!

Check this thread on where I started!

Step A to Step Z in assembling computer from ground-up

Anyways, I was wondering if I did it right! So far I can do whatever I want and haven't seen any problems besides the buzzing sound. Because of this buzzing sound, I must've done something wrong or plugged something wrong that is making this.

Check this thread for buzzing sound issue.
Newly built computer, buzzing / crackling sound?

Anyways, I need a list of things I need to verify my computer is at its fullest potential . Spending 1k in a rig should be able to do this.
