ok if you don't want to wait for the 9900's get a 9800gtx.
If you are sticking with a single card solution get a corsair 520hx
2gb crucial ram (timings of 4-4-4-12)

looks good to me theres nothing but a couple games that will test that system or a system with a similar configuration. Overclocking Benchmarking you have loads to get stuck in to, lots of potential

From what I see here 9600GT SLI is better than 1 9800GTX in both DX 9 & 10 games.

GeForce 9600 GT SLI Performance
XFX GeForce 9800GTX Video Card Review :: Gaming Performance: DirectX 10 :: Motherboards.org

Currently I am working on the video card:

NVIDIA:

9900 series

9600GT
9800GTX
8800GT
8800GTS

I removed the 8800Ultra and 8800GTX since they are the same as the 9800GTX older and more expensive ill be removing more

EDIT: Removed 3870 & 3870 X2 going with NVIDIA

it only works for eVGA cards, and what happens is that first, you buy an eVGA card, register it on their site, and within 90 days you can step up to a better card, and just have to pay the price difference, but you need to keep your old receipt
