Buildung a server for podcast and blog, help on build

Me and friends are building a server that I will use to host a website that will have a blog and podcast associated with it. I will also have videos that will stream, similar to YouTube. I already have an amd athlon x64 6000 processor, 4 gigs of ram for the build. Question since I'm a newb at this am I going the right direction with this build or do I need to beef it up. Please help! Thanks as always

That's loads more than needed for apache. If your site becomes popular, the biggest probelm that you'll have is the Internet connection.

For a small upstart, will that be fine. Say maybe 30 to 40 ppl watching small vids?
