When i was 16 last christmas I worked up the money to get 300 bucks and my dad put in 150 as a christmas gift becuase he wanted to buy me other things instead of just putting all his money into one gift. My aunt however put in $400 as a Christmas and birthday gift as we are very close.
My dad gave me $200 for my birthday in febuary which went towards my monitor. Last summer I worked as a Lifeguard and made a lot of money to which I added a lot of things to my computer.
