I too suggest getting a X1900XTX. It will be better in teh long run.

The biggest argument I ever hear about paying extra to get a XTX is that you can simply OC the XT to XTX speeds. While this is true, it still isn't a good selling point to simply save a few bucks on a XT, because yuo can also OC the XTX to even higher speeds than the XT.

I can't help you on the PSU, I have trouble with them myself.

Here\'s a quote I saw once on a /b/ forum a while back, I think it\'s funny:

I\'ve been thinking of \"Heck\" lately. If it even exists, it\'s got to be a much nicer place than \"Heaven\". I mean... all the gay men are down there. You KNOW it\'s well decorated.

Note that I do not in any way condone homophobia or am in any way homophobic. I merely thought that it was clever.

I'm trying to decide on the power supply and after reading up on them, the Hiper HPU-4K580 sounded interesting.

Anyone have and experience with it?

One other thing, when I look at newegg.com and other sites, they mention many power supplies as SLI certified. Does this also mean they will work with a Crossfire setup?

Thanks,

-Bruce
