Default Building a new rig, but need some help.

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums. I have started to throw together a shopping cart of parts (newegg, of course) and i am trying to put together a powerful gaming rig. Can you guys take a look at this and tell me if I will be able to run games like Skyrim ( when it comes out) and other high performance games? what should i change? what should i add?

please not that the items that are not in this list (harddrive, disk drives, etc) will be recycled from the PC that I currently have.

right click -> view the image for a bigger version.

I look forward to see your suggestions.

If your going to buy a cheap power supply you should at least buy one from a reliable manufacturer.

Newegg.com - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

I have a 965 and I will tell you that th stock cooler is loud. Go ahead and grab a CPU cooler. Here are some fairly cheap but solid choices:

Newegg.com - GELID Solutions Tranquillo CC-TranQ-01-A 120mm Hydro Dynamic CPU Cooler

Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU Cooler

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CAFA50 120mm CPU Cooler

Alright. does anybody think that this system will be good enough to run modern day games (shaders, shadows, physics, etc)

Yes, it will. The 5770 is a great mid-range card. I know my system runs my games great but the most intensive I play is Bad Company 2.
