Building a new pc, your thoughts

What's up everyone thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm about to buy all my parts for my new build I'm looking to have a very good gaming and streaming pc. Here are the parts I want to get let me know your thoughts on them for this build thanks!

Intel I7 7700k
Msi gaming z270 mother bored
Gtx 1080 Sc
Hyperx 16g ram
250gb m.2 ssd
Corsair hx750i power supply
Corsair hydro series h100i
Wd 2t hard drive

Im going to be gaming,streaming,VR ALSO video editing
let me know is this overkill or a good build for what I need thanks!

I'd get an eVGA 650 G3 instead. If you care about rendering speeds a Ryzen 1600x might suit you better.

Before you get too deep into review fear mongering, the Ryzen chips do 1080p gaming just fine. The difference between an R5 or R7 and a 7700k average for 1080p is 5-10fps, mostly only a couple FPS. If you're running higher than 1080p there's not really a difference in gaming performance.
