Building A New PC, Need Help

Hey guys, I am wanting to build a new PC. Currently, I have an ACER Laptop - 5830T. I am wanting a PC for two reasons - Video Editing (Not That Heavy), Gaming Like Call of Duty, NFS etc. I am posting the specifications. Please suggest some alternatives if you like and please tell whether they are right.

the video card in a microwave is better than a 620!

Last I hear India is pretty pricey. May need to go to AMD for this one.

Need a budget and a place of purchase to chose parts.

He can go cheaper on the board and the case and then buy a better GPU and possibly CPU.
