It will work fine, but get a 7200rpm harddrive, don't waste your money on a 5400rpm one. Sure, the space is nice, but you can get a 7200rpm hdd pretty cheap and still have adequate space.
Mobo: Gigabyte P35-DS3R
CPU: Intel Q6600 g0 @ 3.0GHz
HSF: Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme
RAM: 4GB G.SKILL @ 4-4-4-12
VCard: EVGA 8800GTS G92 @ 700/1000
HDDs: 2x 750GB & 250GB
Optical: Sony NEC SATA DVD Burner
PSU: Silverstone 750W Modular

I would get a 7200rpm hard drive but i allready bought the 5400rpm.

I might try and sell it before i build this computer for $50.00 to a friend cause thats cheap for a hard drive.
