Question building a new compy soon, MSI or ASUS?

Going to be build a new comy soon and i was wondering what company should i go for when i build? my Friend swears By asus But when i read some of the reviews im not so sure, some of them are great raves, and some of them are less than please with the priduct. Then i hear that MSI makes great boards. So im at a cross roads; MSI or Asus? please help!

also i just wanted to point out that im going to be using an AMD 4400 prc. 939. k thanx

If your going to overclock.. then get a DFI... if not asus and msi are both make good boards and either one company would be good.

yeah i heard DFI is the way to go for overclocking.

but ASUS and MSI both are pretty dependable, and from what ive heard people have had more problems with asus though.

i was just bout to edit the post askin about DFI. whats their best board if you know? i do plan to overclock and i have read that they are great for oc'ing

yeah, that's the SLI board. It's a really high-quality thing I hear... if that's too much, the DFI Lanparty Ultra-D will do wonders.
