You'll save a few more bucks with this combo deal (CPU + mobo):

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

As for RAM you can save some money by going with either of these two kits. If you aren't ordering really soon, then wait till the plats come back in stock, if you're ordering really soon, grab the golds. They have the same timings, but they are much cheaper than the Corsair set:

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

Also, grab this HDD, 5 bucks more for twice the cache:

Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Everything else looks pretty good.

Oh, don't get Home Basic. Home Premium 64bit is your best bet.

You can save some more money by going with this combo deal on the Biostar x58 , which is one of the best overclocking x58 motherboards, and the Core i7 920.
