Instead of the 8350 and 990FX I would get a 4670k/4690k and ASRock Z97 Anniversary Edition.

I would also wait for the GTX 970 and 980 to come out here in a week or two.

Two personal preference things.
I would get a Seasonic or Corsair PSU instead for the money, and I wouldn't want a full tower unless doing 100% custom liquid cooling. If you want to stick with AMD for whatever reason and plan on OCIng, grab yourself a better cooler. You'll need it.

Edit: the 970 is going to be between 780 and 780ti in performance for cheaper, the 980 being a tad faster than the 780ti for about 500.

any other motherboard choices? I don't like how there are no reviews on it and there is only 10 in stock...

Because they haven't come out but not too long ago when the Pentium G3258 came out. If you want to spend a tad more money get the Extreme4 otherwise the Anniversary Edition was a limited run for the Pentium G3258 that is similar to the Extreme4 but cheaper.
