Building a new comp, need comment please!

first time building need help

Hi guys, I'm building a new computer for gaming. I would like your comments on my computer specs that I've selected and whether if the hardwares are compatible. Here are the specs:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6400
GPU: Radeon X1900 XT PCI Express 512MB DDR3 Video Card
Memory: Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400 2GB DDR2-800 XMS2-6400
Motherboard: Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Case: NZXT Lexa
PSU: Ultra-x finity 500w (will this be enough? )

Other components I will be transfering from my old computer.

Yeah looks great....but like he said I would go with a more solid PSU...something by Antec, OCZ, PC power and cooling
