Building a new comp need advice

Hi there, I'm building a new gaming comp for the first time and I was just wondering if any of you had any opinions on my parts i picked out. Any suggestions or comments would be awesome.

Case: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Mobo: ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
GPU: ASUS GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
PSU: PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610 EPS12V EPS12V 610W
Drive: SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series HD501LJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s

Get a Spinpoint F1 drive.

That PSU is utter shite. You should get a PCP&C 610 like me. But be prepared to mod the 900.

now that's a solid build, looks like you did your homework
wish i got good advice like that when starting out ;P

Edit: If you want Modular PSU (so you won't have much of un-used wires just having a party in your case)
get the popular Corsair Brand HX series
or get that cool-looking GREEN leds Mushkin!

Also, I would advise you to get an Aftermarket H/S/F. Depending on your budget, you should consider the Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme (you need to purchase a fan seperately) or Tuniq Tower 120 (fan included).
