My friend's wife asked me to put together a system for him for around 800 bucks. He's on an old AGP Mobo so anything is an improvement but I wanted something that would last him a while and can be tweaked up slightly in the future. He has a 22 inch monitor already and DVD drive and is too clueless to OC his comp hisself (and I don't want to spend all the hours at his place nailing down and testing different times myself, other than video card with precision) so stock it is.

Personally I would get this one: Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply The PSU is one of the most important components and Corsair is know for the reliability.
Everything else looks good.

antec or cosair is good. For 15 more you could go with the cosair but its gonna be the same thing. The black is the only differance really. Antec never failed me in my last pc.

Sorry, didn't noticed you already suggested a Antec PSU. Yep, get the Antec since it's cheaper and as reliable as Corsair.
