So that's the socket 2011 board. Yea, I wasn't familiar with those. Gigabyte gotta take care of the customers if they wanna sell boards. The company as any company are only as good as the people that run it.

If there's any problem with CS the higher ups will straighten their asses out, trust me.

Haven't heard reports of it being fixed for years. Asus seems to be heading down the same track. I have a video card that's still out in the universe somewhere and they didn't want to replace it even though it was their fault.

They have gotten bad reps from reviewers and I have spoken personally to our (B3D) Gigabyte rep and apparently they get bad reports about their department and nothing gets done.
