no. i think the only difference is that it doesnt come with a fancy box like the retail one. O_o

Well I know there is more in depth stuff than just that. I'll be able to upgrade to windows 7 with no problems right? It's just that this is a pretty big investment for me. My money is getting tight cause of stuff that is going on in my life right now.

you can actually get your cpu and mobo in a combo, save $15. its not much, but its something.

Although, to upgrade to windows 7 don't you have to do a clean install? And that means a clean hard drive..
