Ok So I want to get a gaming pc and I am thinking about gettingthis stuff and I want to hear what you guys think.

Asus A8N SLI Deluxe nVidia Socket 939 $170
AMD Athlon 64 3800 w/fan $350
2x Corsair Value Select 1024MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz $240
2x XFX GeForce 7800 GTs $740
Diablo 550 watt power supply $50

Total: $1,544

P.S. Already have a case.

P.P.S. I am getting this stuff off tiger direct
 
I plan to OC my 7800 gts and my cpu

is there any other RAM that I can get for cheaper or the same price that is better?

your not going to get far with 2GB of ram, let alone not very far with valueselect. get DFI asus sucks with amd. dont get XFX, get eVGA leadtek gigabyte. get a better psu
 
Aren't single cores better for gaming than dual?

By the way if I was going to upgrade to a dual core then I would might as well upgrade that to an FX-55

Any suggestions on the Ram or PSu
