My Friend suggested me getting AMD Phenom X4 9950 Black Edition for the unlock multiplier but i couldn't find a good build for it:freak: Any help at all would be appreciated

That motherboard won't work with your cpu. You need an x58 board.
With the ram you are going to need to buy a three stick kit not two sticks like you have now.
I personally wouldn't waste the money on a velociraptor HD as there isn't much of a gain from the 7200rpm drives.
The power supply you picked is probably overkill unless you're planning on getting a second 4870 x2.

Also, what monitor are you going to be using with this rig? And as far as the amd cpu I would stick with intel and they are much faster than amd.

How about

ASUS Rampage II Extreme ATX LGA1366 X58 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 PCI CrossFire SLI Motherboard

Patriot Extreme Viper PVT36G1600ELK 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1600 CL 9-9-9-24 Triple Channel Memory Kit

Western Digital Caviar GP 1TB 1000GB 5400-7200RPM 16MB 3.5IN SATA2 Hard Drive

As for Power Supply i wouldn't know and the monitor i have now is (i think :p)

LG L192WS-BN 19" Wide Screen 700:1 5ms LCD Monitor

Let's see, first a 4870X2 is overkill on a 19" widescreen, 4870X2 is meant for 24+

second, the 1TB HD is a slow one, get the Black series, the Green series is lower performance meant to save power.

for a much much cheaper gaming pc, you can just get an E8XXX series and overclock it to ****
