why didn't you just post this in your other thread? anyway...

if your going to be keeping that q6700 past 3.6 for everyday use then its a good choice, if not then its a waste of money and get a q6600.

switch the ram to ocz reapers (or ballistix tracers)

you don't need anywhere near that wattage... get a corsair 750tx or a 650tx.

is Ocz Reaper better quality, because it is about $60 more for 8GB total (2 of them).

I am getting the 1010 psu because i will make future upgrades that will need that much.

dude 8gb is a ridiculous waste. You won't even be able to notice the diff over 4gb in games.

Just a little $.02

That power supply is way too much
a full system under load with 3 8800 ultras and a quad core draws about 600 watts. If you think you are going to have something that adds 400 over that in the next 3 years, you are mad. the ones that are listed before are adequate. I would rather you go 750 watts with ample amperage on the rails

As for the proccessor, step down to the q6600, save your money, no use going with the q6700. then use that money in a year or two and step up to whatever is better than.

make up your mind man...you just edited that from 8 to 4.what do you just have money to throw down? Where are you getting this money? that is ddr3, your mobo does not support ddr2 so no, stick with 800, the ones with 4-4-4-12 timings.
