Processor: Intel Core i7 940 $570
Motherboard: ASUS P6T $255
Memory: OCZ OCZ3P1600LV6GK $95
Audio Card: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 70SB109000004 $60
Video Card: Zotac Geforce GTX 295 ZT-295E3MA-FSP - $500
Monitor: I-Inc iF251HPB $230
Hard Drive : Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS $100
DVD Burner:Sony DRU-V200S/BR $40
Case: NZXT TEMPEST CS-NT-TEM-B $110
Power Supply: Antec TPQ-850 $170

I got all the prices from Amazon.
Please:
1) Are there any component conflicts?
2) Will this all be able to fit into the case?
3) Should I go with the Zotac or PNY model GTX 295?
4) Will the motherboard support the 1600 Mhz RAM? The specs say it supports 1600Mhz (Overclocked).
5) Will the built-in audio card suffice (Realtek ALC1200) or should I go with the Sound Blaster? I'm getting a 5.1 Channel surround system.
6) Any place I can get these for cheapter?
7) Any other comments?

Thank you so much for your help!

Newegg would be your best bet...I'm assuming the prices are in USD, correct?

I have a few critiques.

- Don't get the 940. It's a waste of money. Just get a 920.
- Don't know the monitor brand, wouldn't trust it.
- Zotac doesn't make the best video card manufacturer. I would stick to EVGA, XFX, ASUS, etc. XFX is my favorite by far.
- The P6T will support 1600 RAM, no problem.
- DVD burner seems a bit too expensive, normally they are around 25 bucks on newegg.
- You don't really need a sound card, onboard sound is more than adequate nowadays unless you are doing some recording or music editing.

1. No
2. Yes, though we will recommend some new parts, but you can keep your case.
3. No, I think all the decent brands are out of stock on newegg, i would just go for a gtx285 for the time being, for some reason i have a bad feeling the gtx295's wont be coming back in stock.
4. Get a asus p6t or biostar x58A like hikari said.
5. Onboard Hd will be fine unless you love clear sound or really like the little things in gaming like the EAX sounds. If you really listen to music alot it can be a good purchase.
6. newegg?
7. get this build

Core i7 920
6GB OCZ platinum ram ddr1600
Asus p6t
XFX gtx 285
caviar black 640gb or 1TB
LG 22x dvd/cd combo
Corsair 650tx

optional: xtremegamer soundblaster x-fi
