Thats what I've come so far, I also picked the g5 logitech mouse, logitech keyboard and speakers and an ASUS dvd burner, everything adds up to 1178 , I can spend around 1300 , any thoughts?
Anything is appreciated

if your overclocking you might want to get an opteron 146 but if you wont be oc'ing just keep the 3700+

opteron 146

just my opinion i like OCZ more than corsair plus this is some good RAM overclocking or not but you can keep what you have if you want to.

OCZ titanium (only 13$ more than your corsair but much better)

Since you have room in your budget...

eVGA 7800GT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130247

By the way, that's a great sound card, but you might want to think about dropping it off the list so you can fit 2GB RAM inside your budget.
