Default Building Computer Need Advice

I was looking to build a new computer and I would like some help on what may be some good parts. I plan on purchasing all the parts from newegg.com. Here is basically what I'm looking for:

Motherboard (ATX Form Facotr)
Power Supply (minimum 500w but prefer at least 750)
Processor (Intel duo core)
RAM (minimum of 6gb)
Case (ATX Form Factor)
Video Card (Prefer Nvidea over ATI but doesn't really matter)

support Windows 7 Ultimate

It will be used for gaming mostly (Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2)

Any help is appreciated
Thank You

with that budget you could probably cram an i7 build in there.

Since he needs a monitor I can't find an i7 build for $1500 but you can make an i5 build:
CPU: Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops - $200
Mobo: Newegg.com - ASUS P7P55D PRO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards - $170
RAM: Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH - Desktop Memory - $125
PSU: Newegg.com - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies - $80
HDD: Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - $70
Monitor: Newegg.com - SAMSUNG ToC T240HD Rose-Black 24" 5ms HDMI Widescreen HDTV Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 10000:1 Built in DTV Tuner & Dolby Digital Surround Speakers - LCD Monitors - $250
GPU: Newegg.com - XFX HD-489X-ZSFC Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards - $190
Case: Newegg.com - APEVIA X-DREAMER3-BK Black Metal ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases - $50
Optical Drive: Newegg.com - LG Black 8X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 40X CD-ROM SATA Internal Combo LG Blu-ray Reader & 16X LightScribe DVDĪR DVD Burner - Blu-Ray Drives - $120
OS: Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - Operating Systems - $175
Keyboard: Newegg.com - Microsoft J93-00001 Black 104 Normal Keys 21 Function Keys USB Wired Standard Digital Media Keyboard 3000 - Keyboards - $30
Mouse: Newegg.com - RAZER Lachesis Banshee Blue 9 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Laser 4000 dpi Gaming Mouse - Mouse - $80
Speakers: Newegg.com - Logitech LS11 3 Watts RMS (FTC) 2.0 Stereo Speaker System - Black - Speakers - $17

This will cost $1557. If you want to stay on budget replace the blue-ray reader for a dvd burner. In my opinion isn't worth buying the blue-ray reader unless your planning on playing high definition media.
