That board is not worth getting with that processor. You'd be better off getting a P45 board.
You also don't need a sound card, the onboard is fine.
You can take the money you save and get better parts in general.

Much better board, better PSU, better HDD, bigger monitor.
EDIT: Waffle, SeaSonic isn't exactly an unknown brand...Corsair PSUs are actually SeaSonics, just rebranded...
Good build, except I would swap the GTS250 for a 4850. It is faster, would work better in this situation since the board is crossfire capable and the one Puddle linked is cheaper.
Otherwise looks good.
